Understand from Babu that user are getting multiple email notifications for the same purchase requisition to release .

During analysis understand that program (RSWUWFML2) to send the notification for work items is continuously terminating and going for dump. This program will run as batch job using BATCH USER hourly. From the dump analysis understand that due to data inconsistency in two purchase requisitions (0016377782 & 0016377786) program is terminating and going for dump. Due to this for some purchase requisitions multiple notifications are triggered to the same user for the same purchase requisition.

Then to resolve this issue advised to corrected those purchase requisitions.

As advised by us corrected the purchase requisitions. Then understand that program is not going for dump and notifications are triggered correctly.
